I ordered an upholstered sofa set from EQ3 10 weeks back and have yet to get a definitive answer as to when the sofa is going to be delivered.
The sales folks at the Toronto EQ3 location have been very helpful but seem to have no control with regards to the shipping/tracking process of the item.
What do you think I should do in light of this shoddy service from EQ3?
For example: Do not accept delivery and return the sofa, ask for 1 year differed payment, ask for 50% off the sofa etc…
